As far as I know, they haven't gone on general sale yet. I believe they are due to any day now, but they may be hard to get as its in Marseille instead of the Stade de France, which has about a quarter less seats. You can sign up for alerts on the official ticket website billetterie.ffr.fr/fr

Tickets are only available to members of French rugby clubs or registered players in France. Although, I’m sure the IRFU has an allocation.
