McKinley should go back in Ireland next year. Connacht need a 10, Munster too, even Ulster behind Jackson, and Leinster without Madigan. Better to play some good rugby each week, rather than one or two hypothetical poor international games with Italy..

Wales were already part of it, it was only us and France who hadn't joined.

Ya hopefully Zebre give him another contract - it's just away in Wales he wouldn't be able play Pro12 in now I think as ourselves, SRU and Italian RU are in the trial..

As much as I'd like to see it, there could be more value in him staying in Italy and trying to nail down the Italy starting spot at 10, which is a real problem position for them
