The Connacht Clan's Table Quiz was held in Busker Browne's on Monday night upstairs in The Hall.
Connacht fans came in to support their Supporter's Club in large numbers, as the team from the Connacht Branch and the Connacht Player's team. The Player's Team consisted of:
- Matthew Jarvis - fresh from his heroic kick against Aironi
- Dave Moore - the young scrumhalf who did so well against Toulouse in France
- Kyle Tonetti - the big center who came back to Ireland from Sale this year
- Dave McSharry - the young Leinster-bred player who came to Connacht at the start of the season and impressed enough despite injury to be nominated for the Connacht Clan Young Player of the Season
- Tiernan O'Halloran - the Connemara man who starred for Connacht this year on the wing and who was also nominated for Young Player of the Season
The Connacht Clan would like to extend a big thank you to the players and the branch staff for turning up and giving their time to support their supporters. We would also very much like to thank our fellow Connacht fans for coming along and helping us to raise almost €900 for future Connacht Clan events. This money will be used to subsidise trips to away games, organise events and keep our website running to provide a voice to the common supporter.
