Hotels are steep enough that weekend obviously with the bank holiday. Myself and a mate got a room in the Hampton by the Hilton which is in the west side of the city because it looks like it's handy to get in and out of by car. Only drawback is that you need to pay separately for parking.Boots09 wrote: Has anyone any suggestions for places/areas to stay the night of the game?

West terrace is you’re happy to stand, west grandstand if you’d prefer to sit. From the above, more heading to terrace. Gen admission so should, should, be able to clump together.

Stockdale doubtful.
It would swing from 70/30 to an interesting 60/40 game

Wherever you can get! With the bank holiday weekend and the marathon on Sunday rooms are in high demand!
Unsurprisingly the less savoury parts of town don't really have much accommodation on offer anyway.

Thanks a lot for that, didnt realise there was a marathon on aswell that weekend. I have booked a room in city centre Maldron hotel with free cancellation, should be handy for us as we will be arriving via train and it seems this hotel isnt too far from the station..

Winner gets Glasgow on Friday night in Scotstoun. Huge advantage for Glasgow as it become harder to travel for.

Suppose its easier for Ulster with a ferry in town and only a two hour drive.

There seems to be a surprising amount of tickets left on sale at this stage. West Terrace is gone and most of the West Stand, but plenty in the other sections. I was expecting it to be pretty much sold out by now.

Just wondering does anyone have a spare west terrace ticket they want to offload, driving up from dublin on sat and would much rather be with a good connacht crew in west terrace than in the east terrace. If anyone has one just pm me. Thanks.
