Excellent idea.

Is their a deadline for booking the Toulouse packages?
Is there specific flight times we should be looking at, if flying with Ryanair/booking our own flights?

Thanks for that.

Wont know for another month whether I can go to Toulouse away or not. Depends on whether I'm going skiing.

I have a feeling that will be too late for the packages, but there will be no harm in checking it at the time

Disappointing that, if you don't mind coach/ferry travel it seemed reasonably priced given the package but I suppose it's the easiest place to get to of our HEC opponents and most people have probably booked independently to keep cost down.

yeah, but also part down to a lack of fore-planning by all involved. We definitely need a better strategy for making the most of our resources and drumming up support.

I tried sending out a newsletter from the Connacht Clan last night but the system failed somehow (despite giving me confirmation of the send). Contacted the LocalLotto people bout it but no response yet.
Took me ages to do it up last night so I hope they can recover it. :(

If they cannot find where it is on their system then it will be lost and I'll have to re-do it. I can post it here as well either way.

Connacht will be getting an allocation to sell for the Kingsholm game, there was confirmation this morning on the Facebook. I may give the Gloucester Ticket Office a call to find out the locations so we can determine the best place to buy. I'll post all the ticketing info on the Gloucester thread....
