Member packs can be collected before and after the Ospreys game tomorrow in the Clan bar. It's not too late to join up if you haven't done so already.

It's been a shocker of a start to the season, I've missed both the opening games due to having to work, and it bothers me as I never miss a match. So I sent Herself in at weekend with a simple instruction, please collect my Clan Membership Pack.....
So anyway, I haven't got it.Next question, where can I get it?? Advice please.
Also anyone with experience of how to get the missus to do a simple thing like collecting a small little bag appreciated too.....
Going to the Sportsgrounds is a bit like Mass:You stay until the players are off the pitch and never leave early!

We were hoping to hand them out in Murtys this Saturday, but it's looking like the match ain't gonna be televised.
We'll have to work out when/if we can arrange to hand out again - but if anyone can't make it to pick up in person the pack will be posted out.

I'm noticing a strong correlation between not chipping in ten quid to pay server costs and using the site to declare everything a sham, demand marquee signings, ask the "hard questions" and generally throw your toys out of the pram after two losses.

If you have any stats you should share them because I notice an opposite trend.
Also good to see the clan still sprouting a "holier than thou" attitude.
Besides, server costs are not expensive. How many people have contributed this year? Interested to know how much you are paying for the server.

Hmmm, I think you'll find that Evil_g's comment was a joke, referring to negative comments on another thread at the same time.
The Clan of course does not spend all of it's membership fees renting web servers and I don't think anyone really thinks it does.

We have an absolutely huge game tomorrow . Our season starts tomorrow! Who gives a rats about how much the server costs. I joined the Clan this season because I get what they are trying to do and appreciate the amount of work put in. I've been a season ticket holder for years and miss nothing (my ex will gladly confirm this) Lads we all want the same . We are passionate about our team and that's all that matters . Eezipc I can understand a little of your point but at the we are the ones who will go to each game no matter what Connacht Abu !

What exactly is the clan? Is it the committee members? Or is it the people who dug oh so deeply into their pockets to stump up the ten euros to cover the costs of the many services that are made available to us. If it is the latter, you make it sound like a cult.
Let me be clear, I am not a committee member, and I know hardly any of the contributors (paid-up or otherwise) on this forum and I post quite infrequently, I generally enjoy logging in to hear other folk's opinions on the matches. I think a tenner is not too much to ask anyone for all that's done for us. I also find it a bit rich (pardon the pun) that someone starts complaining about members sprouting (as you put it) on a thread entitled 'Connacht Clan Membership'.
Finally, it does seem to me, that the folk in white (without naming pseudonyms) are far more full of sh1t than their green counterparts. No stats to back this up, just (un)common sense, and by the way I always thought your comments about the rugby were fairly balanced.

Nope, mainly cause the badges will be heading straight to the match, but if you're heading up to the match you'll be able to get em there!
