Unfortunately he won’t with The Sunwolves as they are with been cut from Super Rugby and disbanded but definitely a-chance for himto our himself in the shop window

Sunwolves aren't cut til the end of next season (2020) and the Top League teams won't be sharing their players with them in their final year, so every chance for Conan to make a name for himself.

Given he came on with a quarter of an hour left and his team 33-0 down, Conan O'Donnell's Sunwolves debut went pretty well. Hit a lot of rucks, made 4 carries (ESPN have him down for 8 metres gained, seemed line more on TV), made 2 tackles, won 2 scrum penalties including turning over a Brumbies scrum on their 5 metre line, and conceded one scrum penalty (though I thought the opposition tight head should have been pinged on any of the multiple resets that preceded it).

Not sure what you're on about. Wiki, itsrugby & a stack of French sites all have Coulson moving from Stade to Carcassonne.
