Don't think there's any rationale for 4 Provinces = 4 Pools or any logic that there could be only one stadium used in Dublin. Teams can travel all over the country between matches without any trouble. In RWC'15 Ireland are playing two games in London - neither of them at Twickenham (playing in Wembley & Olympic Stadium). Also, at least two stadia in that tournament - Kingsholm and Sandy Park - are not all seater.

Ireland's not very big - for example in the next Cricket World Cup, Ireland's six fixtures start in Nelson NZ, then Brisbane in Australia, then Canberra, over to Hobart in Tasmania, then NZ again, in Hamilton - and finally back to Australia, to finish in Adelaide. That's a minimum of 10,000 kms - the equivalent of 25 Cork to Belfast trips - that's if they don't get in to the second round again, of course!
