Season Ticket Renewal 2022/23

Still a blank screen, at least I have the screen shot!

It’s back again, fixed itself. There are a lot of people not happy with the new ticket system. I don’t think that this is a step in the right direction, but I could be proved wrong.

The screenshot does work got in no problems last week for the munster match,I had been onto connacht rugby as I followed all the instructions & nothing wouldn't work. So I asked if a screenshot would work & she said yes & it did. .

Apparently season ticket renewals are open.
Before every home game I get an email thanking me for deciding to attend the game, regardless of whether I have decided to attend or not, with essential information such as which airport I can use to get to Galway, but when the renewals are open and I actually want an email - nada.

You can't get to it by clicking the ticket icon on the website, you have to prove your commitment by finding it in the menus.

Once I found it it was pretty straightforward.
But this season the issues only really started when they actually got around to issuing the tickets via their weird app.
