Rennie??
I like the look of your backline S4P. Dangerous like.
Which 10 to leave out though? I would actually start Jarvis and have Nikora benching.

ha ha love love it. Rennie it is then.
Ya leave out noc, with FAST ball from PoD to a very attack minded nikora and just attack attack attack. Tire them cardiff boys out early and jarvis then to come on second half to run at the gaps.

I'd love to see us really have a go at them in the first half and tire them out, and then in the last 30minutes, start pinning them back in their own half with kicks. Hopefully they're tired enough to not do any damage and start dropping a few loose passes

I might be in the wrong topic here, but is this their anything planned for before or after this game.
KO at 6, I'll probably pop into O'Connells for 4:30 and get a few pints into me

There's no official event or anything. I guess just the usual... OCs/Hunstman/Clan bar depending on timing and direction of approach

I think he can be better than NO'C, certainly offer more with ball in hand. Will be an interesting pick for Eric. Je may have Miah & Matt in as they covr Fullback and Centre respectively as well...

What is up with McCrea? Injured?
He has done well any time he played, he apparently looked classy in the centres in the A game. And now he doesn't even get a mention in the extended squad?
I hope we're not going back to the bad old days of the branch making announcements and divulging absolutely nothing. Most team announcements in the Pro12 include a list of "Not included because of injury" players, but we haven't done that.
Come on CB, keep us informed!

McCrea had personal problems up north and that was why he never got a look in at Ulster last year. Moving to Connacht was a fresh start for him, lets hope he's left his problems behind.
Tbh, when you look at the outside backs in the squad, they pick themselves. Normally I'd have McCrea over Tuohy but Tuohy had a very good game in Dublin and I'd understand if Eric chose him over McCrea for this game.

Fets?!! He's barely landed and he's got a nickname for himself already. Good stuff!
Self annointed, it's on his Twitter profile.

Will have to trust Elwood with this call, but think its crazy leaving out Jarvis, ok Nikora needs game time, especially before the HC starts, but I thought that Jarvis has been our most influential number 10 so far, giving NO'C credit, he has been sealing some points for us, but I would have gone with Jarvis with Nikora coming off the bench.

Funk, I'm not sure but has the side been named yet? I've only seen the extended squad named and Swift4prez came up with his own from it. While I agree that Jarvis has it over NOC at the moment, my guess is EE will start NOC due to his having slightly more experience than Jarvis and if Nikora is able to go he will be on the bench. That would likely leave Jarvis out completely(which would be harsh) unless, as S_P said, he is named to the bench as fullback cover, but if Duffy is 100% it is more likely Tuohy will be on the bench.
Mackenzie with the Advertiser usually has an inside track on the team to be named has unfortunately neglected to say who will be starting at outhalf saying only that if Nikora is fully fit he will be on the bench. Same goes for George, if he is in the side it will likely be on the bench. Here is the partial side gleaned from that article:
1 Wilkinson
2
3 Ah You
4 Swift
5 McCarthy
6 Muldoon
7 JOC
8 Ofisa
9
10
11
12 Fa'afili
13 Griffin
14 Vainikolo
15 Duffy
