Thanks to 'Connacht Cows' on the Connacht Clan forum, we have found out that any tickets that Connacht fans had directed to be sent to Ireland via post will NOT be sent.

Instead they must be picked up at the Stoop on the say of the match.

The ticket collection point is beside Gate 3 in the South East corner and will be open from 6 pm on match day
